40ml Foxhole Gin
10ml Blackdown Silver Birch Vermouth
Lemon Brulée Method
Slice a lemon in half, place sugar cube on top. Melt the sugar with a blow torch to create a brûlée top.
Fill a shaker with ice. Measure 40ml Foxhole Gin and 10ml Blackdown Silver Birch Vermouth into the cocktail shaker. Stir until cold. Strain into a martini glass. Add Lemon Brûlée to garnish.
