50ml HYKE Gin Very Special

10ml 1:1 sugar syrup

2 dashes bitters

Sage leaf

Lemon zest

Shop the Hyke Gin Very Special

Pour HYKE Gin Very Special, sugar syrup and bitters into a mixing glass

Stir until ice cold (30-45 seconds)

Strain into a chilled coupette or martini glass

Garnish with a single sage leaf rubbed around the rim of the glass and the oils of a lemon zest expressed over the drink.
