Returns & Cancellations

If you would like to cancel your order, please email info@foxholespirits.com Please state the order number in the email header. If the order has not already been dispatched, we can cancel it and you will receive a full refund, including any postage charges. 


Once your order has been dispatched you are still able to cancel the order up to 14 days after the date that you receive the order. The complete order must be returned with all the packaging undamaged and intact, otherwise a refund will not be possible. However you will be required to pay the cost of returning the goods. It will take up to 7 days for a refund to enter your bank account, after we have received the returned order. 


We will help with the return of goods that have been delivered incorrectly or are faulty. Please notify us by email info@foxholespirits.com describing the issue and sending us photos and we will arrange a refund of the goods, including the delivery charges.
