Ingredients
35ml HYKE Signature Series Orange
10ml Sugar Syrup
75ml Sparking Wine
50ml Soda Water
Orange Twist or wheel
Fresh Thyme Sprig
Method
Begin by chilling a Copa glass with ice. Fill with ice, add Sugar Syrup and HYKE Signature Series Orange Gin.
Top up with 75ml Sparking Wine and 50ml Soda Water. Garnish with an Orange twist and sprig of thyme.
