HYKE Martini - Foxhole Spirits

HYKE Martini

Gin and chocolate may sound like an adventurous pairing but the dry earthy chocolate notes of the cacao are perfectly paired against the green and black cardamom, rooibos, cumin and anise botanicals present in HYKE.

Once the salty sherry joins the mix, you get an incredibly moreish and smooth martini variation. 

Ingredients

60ml HYKE Gin
15ml Crème de Cacao Blanc
15ml Amontillado Sherry
Lemon Zest
Green Olive

Method

Begin by chilling a martini glass. Stir down the HYKE Gin, Crème de Cacao Blanc and Amontillado Sherry with ice. Strain into the martini glass, squeeze lemon zest on top and garnish with a green olive.
