A Mojito gets the party started. Our Mad City Christmas Mojito has a jewel coloured, pomegranate twist which makes it unbelievably refreshing and flavoursome.
5 mint leaves
15ml fresh lime juice
12.5ml simple syrup
10 pomegranate seeds
Classic Soda Water
2 mint sprigs
In your choice of highball glass add; 5 mint leaves, 15ml fresh lime juice, and 12.5ml simple syrup.
Muddle together and fill the glass 3/4 full with crushed ice.
Add in 50ml Mad City Botanical Rum and 10 pomegranate seeds.
Stir and churn the ingredients around to mix well.
Top with Classic Soda Water and garnish with 2 mint sprigs and some more pomegranate seeds. ⠀
