Easy easter cocktails - The best way for grown-ups to enjoy chocolate! 

A novelty egg isn't the only way to get your chocolate fix this Easter. Gin or rum lover, we've got some delicious grown-up treats for you to saviour all weekend long. 

Mad City Chocolate Mojito 

Chocolate and mint are a classic combo. There's a reason for that, these two ingredients are dynamite together.  If you want a seasonal and refreshing drink with a subtle chocolate twist, this one is for you.


30ml Crème de Cacao Blanc
20ml Lime juice
Tonic water


Muddle mint in bottom of glass and add ice.
Shake everything together in a cocktail shaker (or jam jar) apart from tonic water.
Pour over ice.
Top with tonic water.
Garnish with lime wheel.

HYKE Martini 

Whilst gin and chocolate may sound like an adventurous pairing, the dry earthy chocolate notes of the cacao are perfectly paired against the green and black cardamom, rooibos, cumin and anise botanicals that are present in HYKE. Once the salty sherry joins the mix, you get an incredibly moreish and smooth martini variation for Easter indulgence. 


60ml HYKE Gin
15ml Crème de Cacao Blanc
15ml Amontillado Sherry
Lemon Zest
Green Olive


Begin by chilling a martini glass.
Stir down the HYKE Gin, Crème de Cacao Blanc and Amontillado Sherry with ice. Strain into the martini glass.
Squeeze lemon zest on top and garnish with a green olive.

50ml HYKE Signature Series Orange 
Premium tonic water
Orange and rosemary to garnish


Fill a glass with ice.
Add HYKE Orange.
Top with tonic water.
Garnish with a slice of orange (what else?) and a sprig of rosemary.
