60ml HYKE gin
15ml dry vermouth
Olives
Ice
Method
Fill a mixing glass with ice. Pour the HYKE and vermouth into the glass and give it a good stir. Strain the mixture into a chilled glass and add a lemon twist or olives to garnish.
