A small batch dry rosé Vermouth created with grapes grown in England and a secret blend of six English botanicals including Heather flowers, wood sorrel and rose petals.
The fusion of herbal and floral aromas are complimented by underlying apple and citrus notes from the base wine. Fresh and pure on the palate, but also exhibiting a subtle sweetness.
Perfect in a HYKE or Foxhole Gin Martini, or drink as a apertif or digestif.
